LIFESTYLE// Things I buy that aren't beauty related!

So this blog is something a little bit different from my normal hauls and review blogs. As much as it feels like all I buy is makeup, this is far from the truth! I am definitely into more than just makeup and I want my blog to reflect that! So here are ten things that I buy that aren't beauty related. Enjoy!

1. Candles. Candles. And some more candles! They are definitely a product that I can't refuse! Candles don't have to be expensive and my candles range from Yankee candles to Primark candles, as long as it smells great and the packaging is cute, I'm sold.

2. Books! I am definitely a bookworm at heart, and my bookshelf is ever growing! I have recently bought all 8 books from the Zoella book club at WHSmith, I already know I will have worked my way through them by the end of summer!

3. Handbags! A girl can never have too many, am I right? Again i have a range of both high street and designer bags. My favourite at the moment has to be my matching Kate Spade bag and purse that I just got on holiday! Although my day to day bag has to be my trusty Michael Kors black bag, that I got for my 18th in New York.

4. Clothes. Every time I go shopping I seem to think I NEED one more black top? Just one! I am definitely one for doing super clear outs in my wardrobe about twice a year and giving away pieces to charity, however I definitely need to curb my spending on clothing for a while, I mean I am a student!

5. Art supplies. Like I said I am a student, and that certainly isn't cheap! So I do need to buy art supplies for my course, however this will be a lot less this year due to my course switch (this is going to be a whole separate blog post).

6. Food. I am definitely a girl who likes to eat out, I mean who doesn't? However food falls both into food shopping and eating out. Chris is always telling me to buy none branded food and I know I will save a lot more money, but I just always buy branded products!

7. Shoes. Although my shoes obsession has curbed slightly, and I have steered closer towards bags (they alternate) I still can't say no to a new pair, whether it be heels or trainers! Below are a one off purchase of Jimmy Choos, which was also a gift for my 18th.

8. Public transport. As I am a student, I find myself travelling quite a lot. I have moved out though so not as much as a commuter but still, trains are expensive, even with a rail card!

9. Gifts. I don't think this is a bad thing though! However my financial advisor (My mum) thinks I need to chill this Christmas as I apparently spent way too much last year! It is the season for giving though right? I just can't help but try and spoil my family and friends with what money I do have, and then spend January eating soup and noodles!

10. Stationary. Even though I don't particularly need loads of stationary, I can't resist a good notebook. And with me going onto a new course next year I want to be really motivated and I don't know about you, but brand new stationary does that to me!

I hope you guys have enjoyed this blog, if you have feel free to leave me a comment down below!
